Registration

All accepted papers at the workshop must be presented by an author of the paper to be included in the workshop proceedings. Registration for the workshop will be done through ICASSP 2025 registration portal. More information about registration fees and how to register for the workshop is available at https://2025.ieeeicassp.org/registration/.

Important note for authors of workshop papers: Every paper presented at a workshop must have a non-student registration associated with it. This can be either a main conference author registration or a non-student workshop registration. Main conference author registration will cover up to 4 papers, including main conference and workshop papers. Workshop registration will cover only workshop papers and will NOT cover main conference papers. Please note that the registration timeline and deadlines for ICASSP main conference will also apply to workshop attendance, i.e. each accepted paper must be covered by a valid registration by 27 January 2025.

Important note for attendees of the workshop: If you registered for the main ICASSP conference, free attendance at workshops is included. If you wish to attend only the workshop, please use the same ICASSP conference registration portal and choose the workshop-only registration for April 7.
